Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services of Competitive Cleaning Group. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:

Service Agreement:

a. We provide professional end of lease cleaning/ vacate cleaning / bond cleaning or moving related services to residential and commercial properties.

b. The scope of our services includes cleaning the premises according to the agreed checklist provided by the client or our standard cleaning checklist.

c. The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the property size, condition, and any specific requirements.

d. Competitive Cleaning reserves the right to adjust quoted prices under the following circumstances:

  • If the condition of the item/property differs from the description provided at the time of booking.
  • If additional work is requested by the customer.

 

Booking and Payment:

a. Booking for our services can be made through our website, phone, or email.

b. A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking.

c. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the cleaning service.

d. We accept payments in cash, credit cards, or via bank transfer.

e. Failure to make the full payment may result in additional charges or legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the cleaning appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

b. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the loss of the deposit or additional cancellation fees.

 

Access to Property:

a. The client must ensure that our cleaning team has full and safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

b. In case the client is unable to provide access to the property, they must inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the service.

c. If our team arrives at the property but cannot access it, a cancellation fee may apply.

d. Our team is equipped with portable machines capable of being transported to multistorey apartments.

e. Additional charges may apply if the premises are located on the 2nd floor or above and lack lift access.

 

Property Condition:

a. Our cleaning team will perform the cleaning services to the best of their abilities, based on the information provided by the client.

b. We do not guarantee the removal of stains or damage that existed prior to our cleaning service.

c. The client must ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are removed from the property before the cleaning service begins.

d. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the client’s belongings left in the property during the cleaning process.

 

Complaints and Refunds:

a. Any complaints regarding the cleaning service must be reported to us within 7 days of the completion of the service.

b. We will address the complaint promptly and may, at our discretion, provide a refund or arrange for re-cleaning of the specific area in question.

 

Bond Back Guarantee:

a. Our Bond Back Guarantee states that, within the restrictions of these Terms and Conditions and our Inclusions and Exclusions, we will return at no additional cost to rectify any issues the Property Manager or landlord may have with the cleaning performed by Us.

b. Only the Service You Have Engaged Us For Is Covered by Our Bond Back Guarantee. For instance, Our Guarantee only applies to the bond clean if You hire Us solely for a bond clean and not a carpet clean. We would not offer our Bond Back Guarantee for carpets.

 c. The Bond Back Guarantee does not cover severe stains or surfaces like ceilings, garage walls, or walls that need to be cleaned by a professional third party.

 

Liability:

a. We maintain liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused by our team during the provision of our services.

b. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear to the property.

 

Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in advance.

b. Termination by the client without sufficient notice may result in cancellation fees.

 

Amendments:

a. These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by us from time to time without prior notice.

b. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on our website.

 

By engaging any cleaning services of Competitive Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
